I interviewed Jang, Hyun-Shik, the Vice President of Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). I asked several questions, including the general foreign aid policy of the Republic of Korea and why the government of South Korea decided to join the OECD Development Assistance Committee (DAC).
