On 28 September 2017, Professor David Shambaugh
participated in an event sponsored by Robert Bosch Stiftung and the
Mercator Institute for China Studies in Berlin, Germany, entitled
"Engaging With China 'China's Future - Assessing the State of the
People's Republic on the Eve of the 19th Communist Party Congess.'" Read
